TotalEnergies Ceran AD Plus ultra-high viscosity, extreme-pressure grease is formulated with a complex calcium sulfonate thickener, developed to provide extraordinary adhesion and protection for steel cables, open gears, and mechanisms exposed to severe loads, humidity, and marine environments.

Technical characteristics

• Type: High-adhesion, extreme-pressure (EP) industrial grease with complex calcium sulfonate thickener.

• Consistency grade: NLGI 0/1.

• Base oil viscosity (40 °C): 1700 cSt.

• High metallic adhesion: Superior adhesion that prevents the lubricant from being expelled by movement, centrifugal force, or continuous water washing.

• Fresh and saltwater resistance: Preserves the lubricating film and its operational properties in aquatic environments, submerged or exposed to the elements.

• Extreme pressure (EP) and heavy load protection: High load-carrying capacity (4-ball weld load > 315 kgf) that prevents wear on metal surfaces subjected to high impact.

• Operating temperature range: Continuous operation between -20 °C and +150 °C, with a dropping point above 250 °C.

• Corrosion protection: Excellent SKF EMCOR performance (0-0) that protects against rust and oxidation in saline and corrosive environments.

Usage recommendation

• Consult the equipment manual or technical data sheet to confirm the suitability of the base oil viscosity (1700 cSt) and NLGI 0/1 grade.

• Preferably apply to clean metal surfaces to ensure maximum initial adhesion.

• Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, clean place, protected from direct sunlight.
